Scope
Cross-generational Entrepreneurship in Slovakia in the Era of Digitalization: Pragmatic Approach
The session will be held following the primary and partial project goals. The main objective of the project is based on the analysis of the state of entrepreneurship through the lens of generations with an emphasis on intergenerational entrepreneurship, as well as the study of the challenges of digitalization in this context to create a conceptual model of intergenerational entrepreneurship in Slovakia at the time of digital transformation of established companies and startups. The project is financed by the Slovak Research and Development Agency, belonging to the Ministry of Education, Science, Research and Sport of the Slovak Republic. The session aims to discuss the key components of the proposed conceptual model for established companies and startups. During the session, key tools and techniques will be discussed in developing the key elements. Feedback from established companies and startups will be a significant input for the model’s improvement.
