Work competencies in the context of Industry 4.0 development
Scope
Work competencies in the context of Industry 4.0 development is to identify the development of specific Work 4.0 competencies and supporting the acceptance and use of Innovations 4.0 in relation to specific groups of workers and to different qualification degrees. Project is financed by Ministry of Education, Science, Research and Sport of the Slovak Republic, Culture and Educational Grant Agency (VEGA agency). This aim of the session is to focus on trends in the field of Work 4.0 that can be identified according to different qualification levels. For the analysis of the nature of the Industry 4.0 environment, the relevant questions are discussed as – to what extent the 4.0 work competency patterns will exceed lower work qualifications and to what extent it will be possible to observe a substitution effect in the case of lower and higher qualification levels and polarization in the field of work.
