Scope
“The advent of the 4th industrial revolution, called Industry 4.0, is a topic that attracts not only the attention of industrial technology specialists, IT specialists but as well as business managers. Industry 4.0 represents a huge change that is rapidly entering the current environment and all industries. Industry 4.0 comes with new technologies and concepts such as automation, system integration, autonomous robotics, digitization, artificial intelligence systems and much more. New technologies are rapidly changing the face. This change brings a number of challenges that create opportunities for many companies to create long-term competitive advantage and ensure their competitiveness in the global environment.
The whole economy is undergoing radical changes precisely thanks to the introduction of these advanced ICTs and artificial intelligence into manufacturing companies, services and all sectors of the economy. Industry 4.0 is a revolution built on digitization, changes in production processes, and changes in business models in order to speed up and streamline production, including the interconnection of individual systems in the company from customer requirements to the final product through digitization. The goal of this section is to share knowledge from researches on the impact of ongoing changes on management in the organization and related processes. The topics of this conference will therefore be the topics of Economics and Management 4.0., New Business Models and Smart services, Innovation management, Smart Factory (Factory of the Future).”

Submission
We invite workshop participation through contributions that respond to one or more of the mentioned research questions. Papers should be submitted through EAI ‘Confy+‘ system, and have to comply with the Springer format (see Author’s kit section).
Publication
Accepted and presented technical papers will be submitted for publication by EAI Core Book Series and made available through EUDL. See the website for detailed instructions and for author requirements for accepted papers.
